Joseph DeMicco, Esq.

I recently commenced my career as an attorney and have begun to accumulate valuable experience in civil litigation. I have also worked on criminal matters. I earned a Juris Doctor from the College of Law at Florida International University.

In the civil realm, I have dealt with certain personal injury matters in some detail, but I primarily practice in the field of commercial litigation. I represent clients who are involved in disputes regarding, for instance, a breach of a contract, an unjust enrichment, a civil theft, or a conversion of personal property.

I work restlessly to ensure excellent results for the clients. Among other actions, I thoroughly analyze the cases and carefully draft motions, discovery requests and responses, and other documents to assist in the procurement of such results.
