Alexa Martinez, Esq.

Alexa Martinez is a Miami native with a diverse background that includes family roots in Cuba, Mexico, Germany, and England, fostering empathetic and personalized legal representation.

As a law student at St. Thomas University, she excelled in her studies as the first in her class, receiving various honors. Ms. Martinez ultimately earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. She supplemented her legal education with esteemed internships with the D.C. Law Students in Court Clinic, the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, and as judicial intern for The Honorable Judge Peter R. Lopez in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.

Ms. Martinez is an accomplished litigator with nearly a decade of experience, including first party property, landlord-tenant, and construction defect work. Representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants, her commitment to clients remains unwavering as she diligently works towards securing favorable resolutions for them.

Beyond her legal pursuits, Ms. Martinez is an artist working with epoxy resin and mixed mediums. She loves animals and cares for various exotic pets, as well as two dogs, Potato and Killua, a terrier rescue and Aussie puppy respectively.
