David Wolff

Biography

David E. Wolff is and Of Counsel attorney for Xander Law Group. Mr. Wolff received his Bachelor of Arts at The University of South Carolina, which he attended on both academic and athletic scholarship. While at USC, Mr. Wolff majored in Criminal Justice and minored in International Business. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a Finalist in the University of Miami’s Charles C. Papy Advanced Moot Court Competition.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wolff worked at a downtown commercial litigation firm where he gained experience in all aspects of trial and appellate procedure. Mr. Wolff honed his skills within the courtroom by working as a legal extern at the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he was trained by experienced prosecutors in voire dire and cross examination processes. Mr. Wolff also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge David Denkin, County Court Judge in Sarasota, Florida.
